For programmes that include worship, teaching, discussion and fellowship, we offer retreat venue hire across 50+ modern meeting rooms, each bright with natural light, and equipped with projectors or screens, superfast Wi-Fi and nearby refreshment points. Our modern, self-contained County Suite accommodates up to 400 guests theatre-style, complete with integrated AV, staging, its own entrance and an events foyer – ideal for keynote sessions and shared gatherings.
Dedicated refreshment lounges with coffee machines and snacks can be included in your package, along with private breakout spaces for small groups and quiet reflection. Attendees also enjoy full use of the leisure facilities – helping your weekend feel truly restorative.
Sample Itinerary
Our package inclusions are based on 48-hour rates, to start the weekend on a Friday evening and depart on Sunday afternoon. An example of our itinerary below:

Main meeting room use from 6pm with 2 x flipcharts, LCD projector and screen or plasma screen

Please note that our family rooms sleep either up to 3 people or 4 people, with a maximum of 2 adults per room. Our camp beds that go in the family rooms for children can accommodate children up to 12 years old.

I had a word with Stefan and he kindly said that if we wanted to come at 5pm on Saturday night we could eat then. We managed to re-arrange our programme and it all worked out perfectly!

I should like to especially commend Inessa, Lauren and Stefan for being so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact all of the staff were very helpful at all times. Nathan and the dining staff were very welcoming and all of our group were very impressed with the weekend.

We were very pleased with the venue and facilities and the flexibility we could offer the delegates for attending our event. The added bonus was sharing the weekend with the women's rugby team !
The meeting room and refreshment facilitates were good. The delegates were happy with their rooms and the abundance of food available at mealtimes.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Staverton Park Hotel and the event went very well.
We will definitely be using this venue again.
