RATE TERMS
Fully Flexible Rates entitle you to the best available rates with a flexible cancellation policy whenever you book.
No deposit is taken at the time of booking. Cancellations outside of the designated cancellation period of 24 hours prior to 4.00pm on the day of arrival and non-arrivals will be charged for the 1st night of stay. The total booking value is due on departure at the hotel.
Advance Purchase Rates - Save on our Best Flexible Rates when you book in advance
Full payment required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be amended. Cancellations and non-arrivals will be charged in full. Rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Saving applies to room rate only and excludes supplements added during the booking process. Subject to promotional availability.
Cancellations within the Cancellation Period
Any deposit will be refunded in full should you wish to cancel your booking within the cancellation period, with the exception of Advance Purchase Rates and select packages or special offers. Where this is the case, this will be detailed in the offer terms and conditions. You can cancel your booking by using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. A cancellation confirmation will be sent back to you at the same email address, unless you are making a cancellation outside the cancellation period.
Cancellations outside the Cancellation Period
On all confirmed bookings cancelled outside the specified cancellation period, there is a Cancellation Charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value, with the exception of Advance Purchase Rates where the total cost of the booking value is taken, unless otherwise stated. This includes non-arrivals or instances where you cannot provide proof of cancellation (cancellation confirmation or reference number) if requested to do so. Your credit or debit card will be charged a Cancellation Charge, equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value on Best Flexible Rate bookings and most packages and special offers. Full charges apply for Advance Purchase bookings and select packages and special offers, including Christmas and New Year packages. Our cancellation policy applies to bookings of up to 3 rooms. With the exception of Advance Purchase Rates and specific packages and offers that have their own cancellation terms, no cancellation fees will be due provided you cancel your reservation by 4.00pm (local time) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled day of arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations made by the hotel
In the unlikely event that a hotel is unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your stay or we need to cancel your stay, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative or a refund. This does not apply to minor changes or events during your stay, resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of our Booking Terms & Conditions, and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. Should you decide not to honour your booking on arriving at the hotel, and choose to leave or stay at another hotel, you will be charged in full for the first night's stay and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses that you incur. If a guest or a member of your party behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, upset or distress to a third party or to hotel or guest property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to curtail the stay and request that the person(s) concerned leave the hotel. No refunds or return travel arrangements will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of such a curtailment.
Kids eat free promotion
Children 12 and under stay and eat for free. This applies to a maximum of 2 children per full paying adult and is applicable in all outlets. Children 12 and under will enjoy a complimentary breakfast when accompanied by an adult , this applies to bed and breakfast packages as well as guests who are booked on a room only rate and choose to pay for breakfast on the day. At dinner, for each adult that has a main course, up to 2 children will be able to dine complimentary when ordering from the children's menu, valid in every outlet.
